Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 26, 2026
Free trial
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial and no charge. If you don't subscribe, you're never billed — so you can evaluate CiteRadar risk-free before paying.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Account → Plan & billing → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining days of a period after cancellation.
Refunds
Because the trial lets you fully evaluate the Service before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we want you to be happy:
- If you were charged in error or due to a billing mistake, contact us and we'll make it right.
- If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge and have a genuine issue, contact us — we review good-faith refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Where mandatory consumer law (e.g., EU/EEA/Norwegian rules) grants you a withdrawal or refund right, those rights always apply.
How to request
Email support@citeradar.io from your account email with your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
Price changes
If we change subscription pricing, we'll give notice and changes apply to your next billing period — never retroactively.
