Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CiteRadar (the "Service"), a product operated by Online Growth AS ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CiteRadar is an AI visibility monitoring tool that queries third-party AI assistants and search systems to estimate how a brand appears in their answers, and produces scores, reports and recommendations. Results are informational estimates based on third-party systems that change over time; we do not guarantee any particular ranking, mention, citation, or business outcome.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you may only submit data you have the right to use.

3. Free trial & subscriptions

We offer a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (NOK 490/month, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from Account → Plan & billing; access continues until the end of the current period. Our refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reselling access except as permitted by our white-label features, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, scraping at abusive volumes, infringing others' rights, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including AI/search APIs, payment, email, hosting and database providers). Their availability and outputs are outside our control and may affect results.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service. You retain rights to the data you submit, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and generate your reports. Reports you generate are yours to use.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and disputes are subject to the courts of Norway, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
